Privacy & Terms

One link for your quotes and invoices. The documents below govern every Curated Concierge project.

Standard Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every quote, invoice, and job performed by Curated Concierge LLC ("Contractor") for the client named on the attached invoice or proposal ("Client"). By accepting a quote, paying a deposit, or authorizing work to begin, Client agrees to these Terms in full. These Terms, together with the specific scope of work, pricing, and any signed proposal, form the entire agreement between the parties.

1. Quotes & Estimates

  • All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, pricing may be revised to reflect current material and labor costs.
  • A quote is an estimate based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. It is not a fixed price if the scope changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins.
  • Work is scheduled only after a signed proposal/invoice and any required deposit are received.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit (as stated on the invoice) is due before materials are ordered or work is scheduled. The deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased on Client's behalf.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of work unless other terms are stated on the invoice.
  • Invoices not paid within 15 days of the due date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the outstanding balance, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed on the invoice. Returned/failed payments may incur an additional processing fee.

3. Changes to Scope of Work

Any change to the agreed scope — additional rooms, upgraded materials, added services, or design changes requested after work has started — must be approved in writing (including by text or email) before Contractor proceeds, along with any change in price or timeline. Verbal change requests will not be actioned without written confirmation.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Client will provide reasonable access to the work area at scheduled times.
  • Client is responsible for removing or protecting valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings in and around the work area; Contractor is not liable for items left in place.
  • Client agrees to disclose known pre-existing conditions (e.g., mold, water damage, structural issues, pest damage) prior to the start of work. Contractor is not responsible for conditions concealed or unknown at the time of quoting.
  • If permits are required for a given scope of work, responsibility for obtaining them will be specified in the proposal.

5. Materials & Substitutions

If a specified product or material becomes unavailable or subject to a significant price increase before work begins, Contractor may substitute a comparable item of equal or greater quality and will notify Client of any resulting price change before proceeding.

6. Scheduling & Delays

Timelines provided are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Contractor is not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier or vendor delays, third-party trades, or other circumstances reasonably outside Contractor's control. Contractor will communicate any known delay as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Warranty

  • Contractor warrants its own labor/workmanship for 12 months from the completion date against defects in installation.
  • Products and materials carry only the warranty provided by their manufacturer, which Contractor will pass through to Client where available.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, modifications made by others, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Contractor's total liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid by Client for that job. Contractor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Oklahoma law.

9. Insurance

Contractor maintains general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

10. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or within 72 hours of the scheduled start date may forfeit the deposit to cover costs already incurred.

11. Ownership of Materials & Payment Security

Materials and products remain the property of Contractor until paid in full. Oklahoma law gives contractors and suppliers the right to file a mechanic's lien against a property for unpaid work or materials; Contractor reserves this right in the event of non-payment.

12. Photos & Marketing

Contractor may photograph and use before/after images of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes. Client's name and address will not be used without separate permission. Client may opt out of photo use by notifying Contractor in writing prior to the start of work.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith directly; unresolved disputes will be venued in the county where the work was performed.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the accompanying quote/proposal and invoice, constitute the entire agreement between Contractor and Client and supersede any prior discussions or representations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Client's approval of the attached quote or proposal — whether by clicking "Approve," signing electronically, replying in writing (including email or text), or authorizing Contractor to begin work — constitutes Client's acceptance of both the quote and these Terms in full, and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. These Terms are incorporated into and made part of every quote, proposal, and invoice issued by Contractor, whether or not they are physically re-attached to each document.

Acceptance Confirmation

By approving the attached quote, Client confirms they have received, read, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
